JAKARTA (MKRI) — On Saturday (23/3/2024), Ham Kora as legislative candidate from the Party of Functional Group (Golkar), filed petition on general election results dispute (PHPU) of Members of the House of Representatives (DPR RI), the Provincial Regional Legislative Council (DPRD), and Regency / City DPRD of Central Papua Province in Mimika Election District 5 to the Constitutional Court. In his statement, he uncovered fraud in the votes he received in several electoral districts.

"I have absolutely won in Mimika 5, but my votes are missing, so I have come to the Constitutional Court to seek proper solution. We will present further details during the trial. I lost votes in Kwamki Namara, Agimuga, Jila, Kuala Kencana, Tembagapura, Hoya, and Alama sub-districts," stated Ham Kora, speaking after submitting the PHPU petitions for the legislative election to the Constitutional Court at the Lobby Hall Building 1, MK.

Meanwhile,Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Lawyer Coordinator, Ahmar Ihsan Rangkuti, announced that his party submitted petitions for three provinces simultaneously, namely Papua, Gorontalo, and East Java.

“There are 15 polling stations in Turen Village suspected of not conducting elections in accordance with the principles of direct participation, universal, Free, Secret, Honest, and Fair. In these stations, votes were directed solely to one party; we saw that the elections were not carried out based on the principles of the constitution. We are preparing evidence related to the alleged election violations. Additionally, there are also transfer votes in Bangkalan electoral district, as well as in Papua Province 3 and Gorontalo electoral district 6." Ahmar explained.

As of Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 23:55 WIB, the Constitutional Court recorded an increase in PHPU petitions for 2024, totaling 141 petitions for PHPU regarding PHPU Members of the DPR RI, Provincial DPRD, Regency/City DPRD; 8 (eight) petitions for PHPU Members of DPD, and 2 (two) petitions for PHPU President and Vice President submitted by Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate Number 1 Anies Rasyid Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar and Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate Number 3 Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD.
