The Supreme Court of the Philippines visited the Court

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines Alexander Gahon Gesmundo visited the Court on Monday, May 11, 2026. The delegation was received by Chief Justice Suhartoyo and Deputy Chief Justice Saldi Isra. During the meeting, the Indonesian Constitutional Court’s support for the Philippines, which is set to assume the AACC chairmanship for the 2027–2029 term.

MKRI Concludes Bureau Membership of WCCJ at the 6th Congress.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia took part in the 6th Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ) held at IFEMA Madrid, Spain, from October 28 to 31 2025. The delegation attended the WCCJ Bureau Meeting, marking Indonesia’s final participation as a Bureau member since first joining in 2014.
