JAKARTA (MKRI) - The Constitutional Court (MK) held an inauguration and oath-taking ceremony for civil servants appointed to Supervisory Positions, the Junior Expert Functional Position of State Budget Financial Management Analyst, and the First Expert Functional Position of Archivist within the Court's Registrar's Office and Secretariat General on Thursday, July 9, 2026. The oath was administered by Secretary General Heru Setiawan at the ground-floor hall of Building II of the Constitutional Court in Jakarta.
"I hereby officially administer the oath of office to all of you upon your appointment to your new positions within the Registrar's Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. I trust that you will carry out your duties to the best of your ability in accordance with the responsibilities entrusted to you," Heru said while leading the oath-taking ceremony.
In his remarks, Heru stated that the appointments formed part of the Court's efforts to meet organizational needs while strengthening meritocracy and talent management. He emphasized that appointments should ensure employees with the appropriate competence, potential, integrity, and performance are placed in positions where they can make the greatest contribution to the institution.
He stressed that the inauguration marked not the end of a process but the beginning of an opportunity to demonstrate that the organization had placed its trust in the right individuals. He encouraged the newly appointed officials to quickly understand the duties, targets, and challenges within their respective areas of responsibility, emphasizing that they should not merely continue existing routines but instead deliver improvements, practical solutions, and tangible results.
Heru further noted that an employee's success should not be measured solely by the completion of assigned tasks, but by the extent to which the employee adds value and improves organizational performance. Individual performance, he said, should strengthen the performance of each work unit, while the performance of each unit should contribute to achieving the Constitutional Court's strategic objectives.
He also reminded the newly appointed officials to uphold integrity, continuously enhance their professional competence, foster collaboration, and demonstrate measurable performance. Holding a position, he said, is not merely about occupying an office but about carrying out a mandate and bringing meaningful improvements to the organization.
The appointments and oath-taking ceremony were conducted pursuant to Decree Number 273 of 2026 for the Supervisory Positions, Decree Number 256 of 2026 for the Junior Expert Functional Position of State Budget Financial Management Analyst, and Decree Number 258 of 2026 for the First Expert Functional Position of Archivist.
The civil servants appointed were Arshinta Fitridiyani as Head of the Treasury Subdivision; Sylvia Yuliani as Head of the Performance Evaluation and Reporting Subdivision; Siska Yuniza as Head of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Subdivision; Akbar Anatajaya as Head of the Verification Subdivision; Dede Agustina Naibaho as Head of the Information and Communication Technology Center Administration Subdivision; Maria Ulfah Kusumaastuti as Head of the Archives and Dispatch Subdivision; Renando Piany Fazardo as First Expert Archivist; and Irvan Afrialdi Awaludin Muchtar, Nur Hasanah, and Dessy Citrawaty Mursito as Junior Expert State Budget Financial Management Analysts.
