JAKARTA (MKRI)—Secretary-General M. Guntur Hamzah attended a hearing meeting (RDP) with the House of Representatives (DPR) Commission III on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Nusantara II Paripurna building, Jakarta. The meeting was a follow-up on a previous hearing meeting.
Guntur conveyed the Court’s national priority activities for the fiscal year of 2023, which includes the development of ICT infrastructure in order to support Court proceedings, especially the resolution of the 2024 national simultaneous election results disputes, as well as the development of case management application and other supporting applications and the dissemination of the Court’s procedural law for election results disputes.
Also prioritized for 2023 are monitoring of the implementation of Court decisions; drafting of the Constitutional Court regulations and guidelines for resolution of the 2024 national simultaneous election disputes; drafting law annotations and review of constitutional cases, state administrative law, and constitutional law; constitution awards, constitution network, and moot court competitions for university students; as well as benchmarking, recharging, and internship programs.

Court’s Achievements in 2022
Guntur also reported the Court’s achievements in 2022. It received 327 points or the label “Very Good” from the Civil Service Commission (KASN); the Public Information Openness Award as an Informative State Agency; the Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) award for its Center for Information and Communication Technology (PUSTIK); level 3 in the maturity assessment on Government Internal Control System (SPIP) with a score of 3.483, Risk Management Index (MRI) score of 3.225, and IEPK score of 3.096; and the Public Service Award in Excellent Service category in 2020 from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform for its Legal Affairs and Registrar Administration Bureau.
The Court has also organized constitution awareness programs for the citizens (PPHKWN) with 3,962 participants; received an unqualified opinion (WTP) for its financial report for the sixteenth time consecutively; placed ninth for its 2021 financial report with a score of 95.36 and the predicate “very good” from the Directorate-General for Budget (DJA); received a BMN (state asset) award for third place from the Ministry of Finance in 2021; and placed third for third best IKPA (budget implementation performance indicator) score in 2021 (100-500 billion ceiling) by the Directorate-General for Treasury.
