JAKARTA (MKRI)—The Constitutional Court (MK) obtained a budget performance score of 94.87 with strategic target achievement of 100 and average Echelon I unit budget performance score of 89.74, said Secretary-General M. Guntur Hamzah at a work meeting between the Court and the House of Representatives (DPR) Commission III at the DPR building on Monday, August 29, 2022. At the meeting, the House Commission III met with the Constitutional Court, the state police, and the MPR (People’s Consultative Assembly) to discuss the Central Government Financial Report for the 2021 State Budget and the semester I and II assessment results of the BPK (Audit Board) for 2021.

Guntur also revealed that the Constitutional Court had met the targets for five indicators of strategic target achievement in the fiscal year of 2021. He also reported on the 2022 budget for the Court.

“In 2023, the Constitutional Court will be preparing for the elections. Therefore, the Court appeals to the House Commission III for support to realize the Court’s budget in the previous hearing meeting,” he said before concluding his report before a public session that was broadcasted live from the DPR building in Jakarta.
