JAKARTA (MKRI) – Secretary General of the Constitutional Court (MK) Heru Setiawan inaugurated Bisariyadi as Executive Advisor to Constitutional Justice and Rico Setiawan as Junior Expert Computer and Informatics Officer on Thursday (May 7, 2026) at the Hall of Building II of the Court. The inauguration was carried out pursuant to Presidential Decree Number 08/M of 2026 and Secretary General Decree Number 208 of 2026.

“I swear by God that I will be faithful and obedient to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and that I will implement all laws and regulations in the most proper manner for my devotion to the nation and the state,” both officials declared during the oath-taking ceremony.

In his remarks, Chief Justice Suhartoyo stated that the oath carried responsibilities that must be upheld. He emphasized that as an Executive Advisor to Constitutional Justice, the responsibilities borne by Bisariyadi would be greater than those at the intermediate or junior levels. “You must possess greater capability and added value compared to other advisors,” Suhartoyo said.

Meanwhile, regarding Rico Setiawan, who now serves as Junior Expert Computer and Informatics Officer, Suhartoyo emphasized the important responsibility of safeguarding data within the Court and distinguishing which information may or may not be disclosed to the public. “No one should disclose information related to matters within the Court, including cases before the Court. Therefore, your responsibility is significant,” Suhartoyo remarked.

Following the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony, both officials received congratulations from all attendees present at the event.
