JAKARTA (MKRI) – The Constitutional Court (MK) received the First Place Award in the category of Work Unit with the Best Follow-up on State Assets (BMN) Management in 2026 from the Jakarta IV State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). The award was received directly by the Head of the Court's General Bureau, Budi Wijayanto, and presented by the Head of the Jakarta IV KPKNL, Bambang Sulistyono, during the Appreciation and Dissemination of State Assets Management and State Assets Auction on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Jakarta Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), Central Jakarta.
"This award motivates us to continue improving the management of state assets in an accountable, transparent, and professional manner. State asset management is not only an administrative obligation, but also a form of moral responsibility in safeguarding state assets," said Budi.
Meanwhile, in his remarks, Bambang stated that the award was given to work units within ministries/institutions that have consistently followed up and accounted for requests for state asset management submitted to asset managers. This award ceremony was held as a token of appreciation for the work units' implementation of state asset management in 2025.
"We hope this event will be a milestone for better and more accountable state asset management, because state assets are not merely an inventory list or numbers on a balance sheet. State assets are resources purchased with public funds, which must be used responsibly for the greatest prosperity of the people," said Bambang.
