JAKARTA, (MKRI) – The Constitutional Court has once again recorded an achievement in strengthening bureaucratic reform through awards received at the 2025 SAKIP and Integrity Zone (ZI) Awards. Two bureaus were recognized at the ceremony held on Wednesday (02/11/2026) as a form of appreciation for the Court’s consistency in enhancing performance accountability and developing a clean and service-oriented bureaucracy.

The Bureau of Legal Affairs and Registrar Administration was awarded the predicate of Towards a Corruption-Free and Service-Oriented Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM). Meanwhile, the Bureau of Public Relations and Protocol received the predicate of Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) based on the 2025 Integrity Zone development evaluation.

In her remarks, Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Rini Widyantini stated that the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) serves as a crucial foundation in building a strong and integrity-driven government. “SAKIP has been implemented for years and serves as the basis to ensure that all processes, from planning to program implementation, truly deliver impact to the public,” she said.

Rini added that bureaucratic reform functions as a driving engine in achieving national development goals. Collaboration in the implementation of SAKIP across institutions continues to be strengthened, including plans to develop the Government Performance Accountability System (SAKP) to enhance overall government performance synergy.

During the event, it was also conveyed that the evaluation of Integrity Zone (ZI) development continues to show positive progress. According to her, the development of Integrity Zones promotes the strengthening of internal integrity while simultaneously improving the quality of public services. Integrity serves as a fundamental element for state apparatus to ensure that every government budget delivers tangible benefits to the public.

Rini expressed hope that all award-recipient institutions would maintain consistency in performance and integrity, while continuing to improve the quality of public services as part of strengthening a culture of accountability within government institutions.

For information, the evaluation results were presented at the 2025 SAKIP and ZI Awards event held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The event, themed “Transformation of Accountability and Integrity Towards Golden Indonesia 2045,” can be viewed online via the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform’s YouTube channel (@kemenpanrb). The presentation of the 2025 SAKIP and ZI Awards serves as an appreciation for government institutions that have demonstrated their best efforts in strengthening bureaucratic reform governance and delivering high-quality public services.

Quoting the release of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, SAKIP and Integrity Zones are not merely administrative obligations, but concrete instruments in supporting the President’s priorities and national development, including poverty alleviation, investment enhancement, industrial downstreaming, improvement of health and education services, and strengthening food security. Beyond achieving predicates or evaluation scores, the success of SAKIP and Integrity Zones represents a continuous effort to build public trust and ensure that every state budget utilized results in outcome-oriented public services that have a direct impact on improving public welfare.
