JAKARTA (MKRI) –Secretary-General Heru Setiawan opened a meeting for the Constitutional Court’s 2025 Unaudited Financial Reporting on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Court’s third building.
In his remarks, Heru stated that this event was possible because all transactions since the beginning of the fiscal year had been completed properly. He added that this event served as a means of reconciliation, consolidation, and coordination. “This is consolidation, reconciliation, and coordination, with the rules set by the speakers. Please guide us as best you can,” he said.
At this meeting, Heru hopes the Head of the Finance and Planning Bureau and the Inspectorate will have notes on issues that can be used to correct the presentation of the draft (unaudited) financial report.
Previously, in his report, Head of the Finance and Planning Bureau Tatang Garjito stated that based on a circular from the Ministry of Finance, the financial reports of ministries and institutions must be completed by February 18, 2026. He stated that this meeting was important to align perceptions and align the report preparation with new regulations.
“I hope that this meeting will address all issues and serve as our notes. In case there are any deficiencies in the preparation or if there are any omissions, we can inform our colleagues at the Inspectorate for further review,” Tatang said.
