JAKARTA (MKRI) — Fifty-seven structural officials of the Constitutional Court participated in the state civil apparatus (ASN) profiling program hosted by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) on Friday morning, November 14, 2025. The program was a follow-up on the letter by BKN Chief Secretary No. 14613/B-NK.02.01/SDA/A/2025 dated October 10 on the Acceleration of Data on the Potential and Competency of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through ASN Profiling (ProASN), aimed at supporting talent development and acceleration within government institutions.

The ProASN was conducted to measure potential of psychological, managerial, and socio-cultural competence, digital literacy, and career preferences using computer-based tools integrated with BKN’s SIASN system. This ProASN assessment was carried out because the validity period of the potential and competency assessments previously conducted by the Constitutional Court had expired, and because several managerial officials have received promotions. Therefore, it was deemed necessary to align the officials’ competency levels with their current positions, so that they correspond with the competency and potential mapping of all Echelon II, III, and IV officials within the Constitutional Court.

In this ProASN, several aspects were assessed related to the competency and potential mapping of the officials. These aspects include potential, consisting of 5 sub-tests with a total of 525 questions; managerial and socio-cultural competence, consisting of 2 sub-tests with 45 questions; digital literacy, consisting of 4 sub-tests with 35 questions; and finally, career preferences, consisting of 4 sub-tests with 168 questions. The total number of questions is 773, to complete within 3 hours.
