TANJUNGPINANG, MKRI — The Constitutional Court (MK), in collaboration with the School of Social and Political Sciences (STISIPOL) Raja Haji Tanjungpinang, held a Constitutional Dialogue on Friday, November 14, 2025, at the Mini Auditorium Room of STISIPOL Raja Haji Tanjungpinang. The event was opened by the Chair of STISIPOL Raja Haji Tanjungpinang, Ferizone.
The Constitutional Dialogue, themed “Reaffirming the Constitution in Safeguarding Democracy and Justice,” featured Constitutional Justice Anwar Usman as the speaker. The moderator was Rendra Setyadiharja, a lecturer and Vice Chair II of STISIPOL Raja Haji.
Justice Anwar Usman stated that justice means placing something in its proper place. Justice, he said, never sleeps. It may lie down for a moment, but it will rise again. True justice belongs only to God Almighty.
Justice Anwar reminded the participants not to become arrogant, saying, “Above the sky, there is still another sky.”
The dialogue was attended by dozens of students from STISIPOL Raja Haji, particularly from the Government Science, Public Administration, and Sociology departments across various semesters. The event aimed to broaden and deepen students’ understanding of constitutional values and the role of the Court within Indonesia’s constitutional system.
The Dialogue also included a question-and-answer session. Justice Anwar Usman praised the enthusiasm of students and lecturers in raising thoughtful questions.
