JAKARTA (MKRI) – A total of 274 Government Employees with Work Agreements (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja/PPPK) were officially inaugurated on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 within the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court (MK). The solemn ceremony marked the government’s commitment to strengthening the state apparatus formation and enhancing the quality of human resources in public service.

On the same occasion, a new appointment was made for one of the civil servants (PNS), Amriansyah Maulana. Previously serving in a general functional position, he was formally transferred to a functional role as legal analyst. This transition was regarded as an important step in career development as well as a form of institutional trust in his competence.

In his remarks, Secretary-General Heru Setiawan emphasized that the inauguration was not only a moment of gratitude but also a great mandate that must be carried out with full responsibility by all employees. He further noted that it was once unimaginable that all contract-based employees could be approved by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB). What once seemed impossible had now become a reality: all employees were officially inaugurated and recorded as state civil apparatus in the national database.

“The 274 newly inaugurated PPPK, including those who underwent job transfers, are expected to demonstrate their best performance. The positions entrusted to them are not merely mandates, but also major responsibilities in providing higher-quality public service,” he said.

“Heru also reminded the newly appointed employees to always remain motivated, work diligently, and uphold integrity. That way, in the future, no employee will face dismissal due to violations,” he stressed.

The inauguration was carried out based on the Court’s Secretary General Decree No. 377 of 2025 on the Appointment of Government Employees with Work Agreements. The newly inaugurated employees will fill various positions, including First Expert Legal Analyst, Operational Service Operator, Operational Service Arranger, Operational Service Manager, and General Operational Manager.
