JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Court (MK) in collaboration with PT Peruri Digital Security held a dissemination of utilizing electronic stamps on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This event was carried out in order to improve support for administrative and correspondence services by utilizing electronic stamps which are often also referred to as e-stamps.

President Director of PT Peruri Digital Security, Teguh Kurniawan Harmanda, explained that this dissemination event is related to the implementation of the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 78 of 2024 on  Provisions for the Implementation of Stamp Duty to support the synergy of the digital ecosystem in the Court and increase understanding of the utilization and use of e-stamps. The use of e-stamps is one of the efforts to support more comprehensive digitalization and can be adjusted to the needs of each user.

"There is an electronic signature using a physical stamp or vice versa using an e-stamp, the manual signature is also possible. But don't let it get hit by the e-stamp, so it's more flexible," said Harmanda in the Meeting Room on the 12th Floor of Building 3 of the Constitutional Court, Jakarta.

According to him, the use of e-stamps is also to ensure that the stamp has never been used before, thus preventing reconditioned stamps. Because, in each e-stamp there is a different unique code (qr code) that contains data such as verification status, signing date, code number, and so on.

Harmanda was present at the Court accompanied by the Director of ICT Business Agus Fahrurrozi Abdillah, Account Manager Sulfiana Lara, Account Manager Rahma Dina, Service Delivery Novryanti, and Junior DevOps Yudha Dwipriatma. They were welcomed by the Head of the Court's General Bureau Budi Wijayanto and his staff. This dissemination event was also held online and attended by a number of the Court employees.

Budi said that his party hopes that PT Peruri Digital Security can support the use of e-stamps at the Court. With the various needs that exist at the Court from each work unit, it is hoped that they can be well integrated in the use of e-stamps to support the performance of the Court. "So that later data control can be fully in the Court," said Budi.
