JAKARTA (MKRI) - Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK) Suhartoyo opened the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) of the Constitutional Cooperative on Wednesday (26/02/2025) in the backyard of the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta. In his remarks, Suhartoyo asked the cooperative management = to examine the existing opportunities more carefully. Suhartoyo also hopes that the management can work with integrity, transparency, accountability, and be able to account for every choice in developing the cooperative.

"Indeed, there are several interesting proposals that I think can be developed in the next management..., which could possibly challenge, improve, so that our cooperative business potential has more opportunities and can then develop our cooperatives," said Suhartoyo.

Meanwhile, the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Heru Setiawan as Advisor to the Constitutional Cooperative said that this RAT was the final report on the management of the 2022-2025 period. Heru also reported that the number of the existing members of the Constitutional Cooperative was 379 members.

Heru said that in 2024 there is a decrease in income due to expenses on the increasing of building rental rates, a decrease in the number of building tenants, and building renovation expenses. Therefore, Heru hopes that in the future the new management will be more creative and not only depend on the building rental business.

"Our highest appreciation to the cooperative management and supervisors, may the work of overseeing the Constitutional Cooperative so far be something useful. To the chairman of the cooperative and the cooperative management for 2025-2028 who, God willing, were elected today, we congratulate you, and keep the good work, develop it even better, increase the cooperative's income again," said Heru.
