BEKASI (MKRI) — The Consignment Meeting for Monitoring and Evaluation of Budget Absorption for the Third Quarter and Budget Acceleration for the Fourth Quarter of 2024 officially concluded on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The event, attended by 71 structural and functional employees of the Constitutional Court (MK), was held at the Multipurpose Hall in Bekasi, West Java, and was formally closed by the Head of the Planning and Finance Bureau, Tatang Garjito.
"In preparation for year-end budget absorption, we have conducted monitoring and recorded various evaluations over these two days. This year, our evaluation approach differs from previous years as it includes a presentation of risk mitigation measures, making everything more measurable with clear indicators. Thank you for the participation of all work units throughout this process. We hope to achieve the best performance results by year-end," said Tatang.
The second day of activities focused on reviewing and evaluating budget absorption across all work units of the Constitutional Court. At the close of the event, recommendations were shared for optimizing budget absorption within the Secretariat General and the Registrar's Office of the Constitutional Court.
Budget Absorption Report
During the event, each bureau head and department head presented their respective work unit’s budget absorption reports as recorded in the SIVIKA application, along with the achievements realized from these budgets. On the first day, reports were presented by the Planning and Finance Bureau, the Human Resources and Organization Bureau (SDMO), the Center for Information and Communication Technology, and the Inspectorate. On the second day, reports were presented by the General Affairs Bureau, the Center for Case Research, Study, and Library Management (Puslitka), the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau, the Legal and Registrar Administration Bureau, and the Center for Pancasila and Constitution Education.
