BEKASI, MKRI Public Relations – The Constitutional Court (MK) held a Level 1 Technical Guidance on Government Goods/Services Procurement and Type C Competency Development for Commitment-Making Officials within the Registrar and General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court, at the MK Archive Building in Bekasi, on Wednesday (2/10/2024). This event, organized in collaboration with the Human Resources Training Center for Goods/Services Procurement (Pusdiklat SDM) of LKPP, aimed to enhance employees’ competencies in government procurement and to fulfill competency requirements to serve as Commitment-Making Officials in the Registrar and General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court.
For the Type C Competency Development Technical Guidance, Budi Bowo Laksono, Junior Instructor at the Human Resources Training Center for Goods/Services Procurement at LKPP, presented materials covering Procurement Planning Level 2, Contract Management Level 2, and Self-Managed PBJP (Procurement of Goods and Services) Level 2.
This Type C Competency Development session was attended by all Structural and Financial Management Officials who hold a Level 1 Goods/Services Procurement Certificate from the Constitutional Court, totaling 35 participants.
Meanwhile, the Level 1 Government Goods/Services Procurement Technical Guidance featured speakers Dwi Kartika Susanti, Junior Instructor at the Human Resources Training Center for Goods/Services Procurement, and Yulianti, Senior Policy Analyst at the Directorate of Business Climate Development and International Cooperation.
This session included 15 PPK (Commitment-Making Officials) Staff members, 20 Structural Officials, and 5 employees directly involved in or assigned to government goods/services procurement who have not yet obtained a Level 1 PB/J (Government Goods/Services Procurement) Certificate.
Notably, this training applied a blended learning method, combining independent learning (e-learning) with classical (face-to-face) instruction. The program runs until Thursday (3/10/2024), concluding with an assessment for the participants. (*)
