JAKARTA (MKRI) — Once again, Ronny Bara Pratama, a Jakarta Province DPRD (Regional Legislative Council) candidate for electoral district (dapil) 7 of Jakarta from the Party of Functional Groups (Golkar), was absent from the 2024 election results dispute (PHPU) hearing held on Monday, May 13, 2024. The hearing was presided over by Constitutional Justices Arief Hidayat (panel chair), Anwar Usman, and Enny Nurbaningsih, who heard the Respondent’s answers and statements from Relevant Parties and Bawaslu (Election Supervisory Agency). This was the second time Ronny Bara Pratama did not attend the hearing for case No. 255-02-04-11/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/2024.

At the previous hearing on Thursday afternoon, May 2, 2024, the Petitioner also did not attend despite being given sufficient time to be summoned. Therefore, Constitutional Justice Arief Hidayat concluded that the Petitioner was not serious about participating in the hearing.

“The Petitioner has been summoned several times and by several officers. Therefore, the Petitioner is considered not serious,” he said.

The Petitioner alleges structured, systematic, and massive (TSM) vote shift had happened at polling stations (TPS) to benefit candidate number 10 Dadiyono. The Petitioner’s C-result copies showed Dadiyono acquiring 10,873 votes in North Petukangan Village while the party acquired 783 votes. However, based on Respondent’s D-result forms, Dadiyono acquired 4,572 votes, while the party acquired 5,357 votes. As many as 6,299 votes for the party had transferred to Dadiyono.

Therefore, in his petition, the Petitioner requests the Court to grant his petition by annulling KPU Decree No. 360 of 2024 and stipulating the correct vote acquisition results deemed correct by the Petitioner.
