JAKARTA, MKRI – The preliminary hearing of the Petitioner for election results dispute (PHPU) of Members of the House of Representatives (DPR) and the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) was held in Panel 3 by the National Democratic Party (NasDem) to the Court on Friday May 03, 2024 at 15.37, presided over by Constitutional Justices Arief Hidayat (panel chair), Anwar Usman, and Enny Nurbaningsih.

Case No. 67-01-05-05/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/202403052024. The Petitioner's legal counsel, Ferdian Sutanto, said that the Petitioners were revoked. “On behalf of the power of legal counsel, hereby submit the revocation of the petitioner for the case a quo. That we have registered the Petitioner for revocation of the Petitioner, that we request for the revocation of the case a quo,” said Ferdian Sutanto.
