JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Constitutional Court (MK) inaugurated four civil servants (PNS) into functional positions on Friday, April 5, 2024. These four civil servants are two senior (ahli muda) constitution registrars (PASTI), one senior auditor, and one associate (ahli madya) librarian. The two PASTI took oath under the guidance of Chief Justice Suhartoyo while the auditor and librarian under Secretary-General Heru Setiawan.
“Om Atah Paramawisesa (I swear that I will tell the truth and nothing but the truth), I will bear true faith and allegiance to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and to execute all laws and regulations in an upright manner; and work in an orderly, thorough, virtuous, and passionate manner for the sake of the state and the nation,” Anak Agung Dian Onita recited at her inauguration as a senior constitution registrar before Chief Justice Suhartoyo.
After guiding the oath-taking, Chief Justice Suhartoyo gave his remarks and congratulated the staff members. He hoped that in their new positions, they will not only show commitment and integrity in taking on their new responsibilities but also improve productivity.
“I believe you will carry out your duties to the best of your ability in accordance with the responsibilities that fall on you. You must show gratitude for this promotion. Hopefully your oaths will be imprinted into your hearts to carry out your new duties going forward. Commitment, loyalty, integrity alone are not enough. Good productivity is needed considering the Constitutional Court’s dynamics which requires innovation and adapting to various developments in society,” he said before functional and structural officials at the tenth floor of the Court’s main building.
Anak Agung Dian Onita and Yunita Ramadhani were inaugurated as senior constitution registrars, Dewi Fitriyani as associate librarian, and Surya Murni Pangesti Lestari as senior auditor. The inauguration was followed by the signing of the minute of the inauguration before Chief Justice Suhartoyo and Secretary-General Heru Setiawan, witnessed by Chief Registrar Muhidin, head of the Human Resources and Organization Bureau Sri Handayani, and head of the Center for Research, Case Review, and Library Management (Puslitka) Pan Mohamad Faiz.
