JAKARTA (MKRI) — To train discipline, concentration, and a sense of togetherness in its drivers, the Constitutional Court (MK) collaborated with the Army’s Jayakarta Military Command Main Regiment to organize Attitude and Disciplinary Training for Drivers. It was the second training batch after the first one was held on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Nineteen of MK’s drivers participated in the second training batch officially opened by the Head of Justices and Employees Administration Subdivision, Mohammad Arief, on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Rindam Jaya Indoor Hall, East Jakarta.
In his remarks, Arief said drivers' participation in this program was an honor. Hence, Arief advised participants to attend the program with high spirits and follow all guidance and directions from trainers to complete the education and training well.
The education and training were to optimize leadership potential and grow a sense of togetherness and discipline. “This education and training is also one of the efforts to maintain the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as mandated in article 30 of the 1945 Constitution that every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in the defense of the country. That means that every citizen, both civilian and military, has the same rights and obligations in maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia,” Arief said at the session, which was also attended by Kasiopsdik Rindam Kapten Inf. Ngadino and Kauropjar Dodikjur Kapten Inf. Kusnadi
Driving Ethics
Along with the Rindam Jaya trainers team, MK’s drivers were invited to do outbound activities to examine their physical and mental strength available at Rindam Jaya. Right after, drivers learned driving skills safely, precisely, and securely under the guidance of Rindam Jaya military trainers.
Drivers also learned about the basic theory of driving ethics. Here, drivers learned the importance of driving ethics. Ethics is vital for the safety of drivers, passengers, and other road users.
Drivers also learned about leadership, nation-building, discipline, excellent service, attitude, and marching rules. This event took place on Saturday-Monday, March 2-3, 2024, at Rindam Jaya.
