Court Security Officers Participate in Disciplinary Training with Rindam Jaya

JAKARTA (MKRI) — To improve competence, discipline, attitude, and service, the Constitutional Court (MK) collaborated with Jayakarta Regional Military Command Main Regiment to organize Attitude and Disciplinary Training for Security Officers. Thirty-five MK security officers participated in the training, opened by the Head of the Human Resources and Organization Bureau, Sri Handayani, on Friday, February 23, 2024, at the New Indoor Square of Rindam Jaya, East Jakarta.

In her speech, Handayani mentioned that physical, mental, and disciplinary training for the security officer was intended to prepare the security team to give public service to the public and parties involved in Court cases.

“Through this activity, the MK security team can provide their best service for involving parties. Alsim they can give a professional service for officials by applying ethical codes and conducts of MK employees, namely faith and devotion to God, integrity, honesty, service, and modesty,” Handayani said at the event, which was also attended by Rindam Jaya Commander, Colonel Inf. Suwondo, Wadan Rindam Colonel Inf. Rudianto, Dandodik Kejuruan Let.Col. Andi W. Kasiopdik Rindam Capt. Inf. Ngadino, and Kauropjar Dodikjur Capt. Inf. Kusnadi.

Physical, Mental, and Disciplinary Training

Under Letda Inf. Sudirman Sampara and Rindam Jaya trainers team. MK security officers were introduced to various physical training facilities in Rindam Jaya. After being physically trained to improve mental endurance, MK security officers also learned about discipline at the Vocational Education Depot Classroom of Rindam Jaya.

“Basically, humans want to be free, but as a social entity, humans need to adapt. So, we need to implement discipline so that we can respect others. MK security team must have self-awareness and not prioritize ego as a human who wants to be free so that discipline can create an orderly and harmonious life,” Sudirman said.

The training participants also learned leadership, nation-building, discipline, proxy war, service excellence, social psychology, attitude, practical talks, marching, and ceremony rules. This event will be held from Friday to Sunday (23-25/2/2024) in Rindam Jaya to achieve the training goals optimally.
