Chief Justice Asks PASTI, ASLI to Carry Out Duties Responsibly

JAKARTA (MKRI) — Chief Justice Suhartoyo inaugurated four executive (ahli utama) constitution registrars (PASTI) in the plenary courtroom on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. At the same time, Secretary-General Heru Setiawan also appointed five senior (ahli muda) PASTI, four junior (ahli pertama) PASTI, two senior expert assistants to constitutional justices (ASLI), one junior ASLI, twelve junior legal counselors, and two supervisors.

In his speech, Chief Justice Suhartoyo said that the employees who were inaugurated and took an oath today had great duties and responsibilities. Although, the burden of each person differs, he asked them to be responsible and perform their main duties optimally in order to reach the Court’s goals.

“[These employees are] part of the pillars which, if combined, will become one complete unit that will support the Constitutional Court and accomplish maximum results institutionally,” the chief justice stated.

Chief Justice Suhartoyo also congratulated the appointed employees. Right after the inauguration and the oath of office, the Court’s structural officials and functional staff members present applaud the newly-appointed employees.

The four newly-inaugurated PASTI are Muhidin (chief registrar), Triyono Edy Budhiarto (first deputy registrar), Wiryanto (second deputy Registrar), and Ida Ria Tambunan (third deputy registrar). This inauguration was based on the excerpt of the Presidential Decree No. 7/M/2024 on the appointment of executive functional positions, issued on January 22, 2024.

The newly-appointed senior PASTI are Siska Yosephin Sirait, Alifah Rahmawati, Rahmadiani Putri Nilasari, Indah Karmadaniah, and Yunita Nurwulantari while the associate PASTI are Agusniwan Etra, Fenny Tri Purnamasari, Muchtar Hadi Saputra, and Aqmarina Rasika. The inauguration was based on the excerpt of the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 80 of 2024 on the appointment of civil servants (PNS) in functional constitutional registrar positions within the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court, issued on February 6, 2024.

Meanwhile, the newly-inaugurated senior ASLI are Suryo Gilang Romadhon and Rosalia Agustin, while the junior ASLI is Paulus Rudy Calvin Sinaga. This inauguration was based on the excerpt of the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 82 of 2024 on the appointment and transfer of civil servants into functional positions of expert assistants to constitutional justices in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court, issued on February 6, 2024.

The newly-appointed junior legal counselors are Rita, Juliana Tikka Murni, Nuzul Qur’ani Mardiya, Hersinta Setiarini, Elin Asrofah Qibtiah, Chafid Sugianto, Bangkit Panji Anarogo, Ganggas Wibisono, Hatika Al Shafa, Fazlur Rahman El Islamy, Angga Putri Gardina, and Edwin Aditya Irawan. This inauguration is based on the excerpt of the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 64 of 2024 on the appointment of civil servants (PNS) through transfer from the functional positions of legal counselors within the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court, issued February 1, 2024.

Administrators Akbar Anatajaya (head of the Accounting and Financial Reports Division) and Arshinta Fitridiyani (head of the Verification Division) were inaugurated based on the excerpt of the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 40 of 2024 on the appointment and transfer of civil servants into functional positions of administrator and supervisor in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court, issued on January 23, 2024.

On January 23, 2024, the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court gave a written competency test in the recruitment of PASTI and ASLI functional positions for 18 civil servants who had passed administrative document verification. After that, the twelve PASTI candidates, six ASLI candidates, and five ASLI who took the promotion test had an interview test on February 3, 2024.
