JAKARTA (MKRI) — A number of functional officials, administrators, and supervisors in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court (MK) took oath amid promotion on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the lobby of the plenary courtroom. The inauguration was led by Chief Justice Suhartoyo and witnessed by structural and functional officials.

In his remarks. The chief justice said that the new offices are mandate and extra responsibilities for the newly-inaugurated echelons. “The oath include, ‘shall always maintain integrity, dedication, and professionalism.” This is a message and opportunity that does not come every day. Through the bureaucratic merit system, everyone has the opportunity to occupy an office that is truly prepared for developing talent management, without any discrimination or preferential treatment,” he said alongside Secretary-General Heru Setiawan and Chief Registrar Muhidin.

The inauguration of these officials were based on the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 34 of 2024 on the inauguration of civil servants in the offices of functional positions, constitutional registrars, and Registrar’s Office of the Constitutional Court as well as the Decree of the Secretary-General No. 40 of 2024 on the inauguration of administrators and supervisors in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court. Some of these newly-inaugurated officials are Andi Hakim—now head of the Public Relations and National Affairs Department, formerly head of the Human Resources Development Division—and Achmad Dodi Haryadi—now head of the Public Relations Division, formerly junior law instructor.
