JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Constitutional Court received an award as the best ministry/agency in the utilization of state intranet in 2023 from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) at the national coordination meeting on e-government (SPBE) on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Mulia Hotel, Jakarta, which was part of the effort to harmonize the implementation of the national SPBE infrastructure and application. 

In this event, the head of the Center for Information and Communication Technology Sigit Purnomo represented the Court to receive the award. Eighty-four other ministries/agencies were also given the award.

In accordance with the mandate of the Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on electronic-based government system (SPBE), the Ministry of Communication and Informatics as the national SPBE infrastructure organizer and coordinator of integrated development of SPBE application has the responsibility to take necessary steps in the implementation of improving national SPBE infrastructure and application, such as the construction of the national data center, state intranet, government service bridging system, coordinating and assisting the integration and development of government agency applications, as well as preparation of other supporting technologies such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, metaverse, and superapp.
