JAKARTA (MKRI) — Seventeen contract-based government employees (PPPK) within the Registrar’s Office and Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court took an oath of office before Chief Justice Anwar Usman and Secretary-General Heru Setiawan on Tuesday, August1, 2023 in the Court’s main hall.

Through the decree of the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court No. 337 of 2023 on the appointment of PPPK within the Constitutional Court, delivered by the head of the Justices Administration and Human Resources Division Dede Agustina Naibaho, the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court appointed seven PPPKs as junior public relations officers, five PPPKs as junior computer officers, and five PPPKs as junior archivists.

In his opening remarks, Chief Justice Anwar Usman said that the new PPPKs should show good performance and carry out their duties in accordance with applicable regulations and carry out their role actively for good governance.

“Do carry out tasks in accordance with regulations and your expertise, and always give meaning and sincerity and honesty in every one of your work,” he said.

He said the challenges ahead would be tougher so it is necessary to improve and continue working independently, professionally, and objectively. He also said that the newly-worn-in employees should carry out their duties to the best of their abilities. “May Allah SWT, the Almighty God, be with all of us,” he said.
