JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Constitutional Court (MK) inaugurated and swore off several main high leadership positions (JPT) on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The event was witnessed by Chief Justice Anwar Usman, Deputy Chief Justice Saldi Isra, and Secretary-General Heru Setiawan at the Court’s main hall.

In his speech, Chief Justice Anwar Usman congratulated the officials for their new positions. He said that their oaths reflected their mandates, which they would be accountable for before the Almighty God. He advised them to become leaders who perform their duties and responsibility to the best of their abilities.

Based on the Decrees of the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court No. 320 and No. 322 of 2023, Budi Wijayanto was inaugurated as acting head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau; Teguh Wahyudi as head of the Pancasila and Constitution Education Center; Kurniasih Panti Rahayu as Inspectorate; Tatang Garjito as head of the Planning and Finance Bureau; Sigit Purnomo as head of the Center for Information and Communication Technology; Sri Handayani as head of the Human Resources and Organization Bureau; Pan Mohamad Faiz Kusuma Wijaya as head of the Center for Research; Case Review, and Library Management; and Fajar Laksono as the head of the Legal Affairs and Registrar Administration Bureau.
