JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Constitutional Court (MK) inaugurated and swore in intermediate legal analyst Haifa Arief Lubis and junior legal analyst Paulus Rudy Calvin Sinaga as sworn-in as justice deliberation meeting staff on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Their appointment to the additional post was based on the Secretary-General Decree No. 261 of 2023, dated June 19.

“The Decree of the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court determines the appointment of civil servants as staff members of the justice deliberation meetings, appoints and assigns the undermentioned civil servants,” said head of the Human Resources Development Division Andi Hakim reading out the decree.

In his remarks, Secretary-General Heru Setiawan said he believed the staff members would perform their duties to the best of their abilities. “May the One Supreme God be with us all,” he said.

He said the appointment had been planned to restructure the justice deliberation meetings. The Human Resources and Organization Bureau is also preparing for the recruitment of junior and middle-rank substitute registrars and expert assistants to constitutional justices.
