JAKARTA (MKRI) — The Constitutional Court (MK) welcomed the Indonesian Ombudsman, who wished to conduct a comparative study of the Talent Management-integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SIKD) on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The delegation led by Leni Milana, the Head of the Human Resources Bureau, alongside eight other officials was welcomed by the Acting Secretary-General Heru Setiawan in the Court’s main building.
Leni Milana said the Ombudsman wished to study the Court’s Talent Management system and strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in order to form synergy for the progress of the country.
Meanwhile, Acting Secretary-General Heru Setiawan said in his remarks that the Court’s Talent Management (MT) serves to support career development and build a transparent and accountable digital transformation for all employees of the Court. He said the Court had implemented digital culture, such as the SIKD and Talent Management. The implementation of Talent Management, he revealed, is mandated by Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform for implementing employee management and promotion.
“One measure of e-Government assessment is through Talent Management, by assessing several principles, such as performance, 360 relations, and so on,” Heru said alongside the Head of the General Affairs Bureau Elisabeth, the Head of the Center for Information and Communication Technology Sigit Purnomo, as well as officials and staff within the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court.
Heru explained that the Court’s Talent Management had been developed and the development had been approved by the Civil Service Commission (KASN). “Our Talent Management has been verified by KASN and KASN has issued a decision that [human resource] management use MT,” he said.
Meanwhile, Acting Head of the Human Resources and Organization Department Andi Hakim explained that the Court chose to adapt the MT to the needs of each work unit. The only thing that the Court uses as a reference in MT development is the Regulation of Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 3 of 2020. Through this system, employees can see work that has been completed and is not yet completed.
Andi Hakim also revealed that the Court comprises the judicial administration system (JAS) and the general administration system (GAS).
