JAKARTA (MKRI) — The OJK (Financial Services Authority) had an audience with the Constitutional Court (MK) on Tuesday afternoon, November 22, 2022. Chief Justice Anwar Usman welcomed the OJK alongside Constitutional Justices Enny Nurbaningsih, Wahiduddin Adams, Manahan M. P. Sitompul, and Secretary-General M. Guntur Hamzah.

The OJK delegation were head and deputy head of the board of commissioners Mahendra Siregar and Mirza Adityaswara; chief executive for banking supervision Dian Ediana Rae; chief executive for insurance supervision, financing institutions, and other financial services institutions and as member of the board of commissioners Ogi Prastomiyono, chairman of the audit board and member of the board of commissioners Sophia Issabella Watimena; and member in charge of education and consumer protection and member of the board of commissioners Friderica Widyasari Dewi. Mahendra Siregar said the aim of the audience was to strengthen friendly relations between the Constitutional Court and the OJK.

Secretary-General M. Guntur Hamzah said the Court could cooperate with the OJK to improve the public’s awareness of the Constitution.

“We have [a Pancasila and Constitution Education Center] to help the public understand the Constitutional Court’s authorities,” he said.
