JAKARTA, Public Relations—Constitutional Justice Suhartoyo gave a speech and symbolically inaugurated the Smart Board Mini Courtroom of the Law Faculty of the Islamic University (FH UII) of Yogyakarta on Saturday, October 2, 2021. This collaborative event between the Court and the university was a concrete contribution for justice seekers. Constitutional Justice Saldi Isra, the AACC Permanent Secretariat and International Cooperation Department Sri Handayani, and FH UII Deputy Rector Imam Djati were also in attendance.

Justice Suhartoyo said that the Smart Board Mini Courtroom is part of the legal subject in seeking justice, as in the development of legal science, legal subjects are not only limited to the judiciary, the stakeholders, and the procedural law, but also facilities that support them. The Court hoped that this technology would not only facilitate communication, but also help the Court reach justice seekers and institutions to form synergy.

“This is in line with the Court’s spirit to be a judicial body that is responsible for the protection of human rights. Anyone will be able to use this facility to appear before the Court. This Smart Board Mini Courtroom hopefully will reach its optimum potential and be utilized well,” he stressed.
