JAKARTA, PUBLIC RELATIONS - Constitutional Court received the result of the Merit-Based System scoring indicating excellence (IV Category, Excellence). Based on the scoring, the Court already entered the final step of the 7 (seven) steps to achieve good scores in the fourth level of Merit-Based System starting from the preparation, socialization, and scoring since October 2020 until done by the heads of KASN. Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah explained in the ceremony of the hand over of the Merit-Based System Scoring from the Head and Member of the Indonesian Civil Service Commission (KASN), Agus Pramusinto and Sri Hadiati Wara Kustriani, Monday (13/09) in the Hall of the Constitutional Court.
Furthermore, Hamzah mentioned that the Merit-Based System was a policy in human resource management for civil servants that was based on qualification, competency, and performance that was equal with no discrimination. The purpose was to discover the efficacy and achievement of the implementation of merit-based systems in government institutions. In the Court, technology and digital transformation in the judiciary process had been done in order to support the performance and role optimization of the officers and the institution itself. It was summarized in something called judiciary administration system (JAS), including the online application for petition through simple.mkri.id, NUPP (ticket for filing case directly/submit evidence), digital transcript, court’s schedule that was accessible online, live streaming option, digital corner, and e-minutation (accessible files related to the case).
“Therefore, this was one of areas where the Court excels, using this work step we don’t have to wait too long for (accessing) Court’s Decision. Hence, public and reporters could directly quote the Court’s Decision at least 30 minutes after the hearing was done in the plenary courtroom,” said Hamzah in the program attended by Head and Member of the Indonesian Civil Service Commission (KASN), Agus Pramusinto and Sri Hadiati Wara Kustriani, Monday (13/09) in the Hall of the Constitutional Court.
