JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—Any position is a mandate, not a right, said Chief Justice Anwar Usman while at the inauguration of the structural and functional officials and the assistants of the justice deliberation meeting of the Constitutional Court (MK) at the lobby on Friday, September 4, 2020.

“Treat your positions as a means of worship, not for material gains. Let’s make this institution one that truly carries out the mandate of the Constitution and the people,” he said before Registrar Muhidin, Secretary-General M. Guntur Hamzah, as well as other staff members who followed the event on Zoom.

At the event, officials were inaugurated in new positions. Tatang Garjito, previously was the Head of the Planning and Finance Bureau is now the Head of the Legal and Registrar Administration. Budi Achmad Djohari, previously the Head of the Center for Information and Communication Technology, is now the Inspector. Pawit Haryanto, previously the Inspector, is now the Head of the Planning and Finance Bureau. Elisabeth, previously the Head of the Internal Affairs, Archives, and Expedition, was made the Head of the General Bureau. Several other staff members were inaugurated as Substitute Registrars I and II as well as assistants of the justice deliberation meeting, such as Syukri Asy’ari, Jefri Porkonanta, Rahadian Prima Nugraha, Fransisca, Indah Karmadaniah, and Muhammad Ramlan Aminuddin.
