JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—For the past two days, member countries of the Association of Asian Constitutional Court and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) were discussing their challenges amid COVID-19. They came at the conclusion that the state must protect their citizens’ health and their constitutional values, said President of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Mami while officially closing the Fourth AACC Congress (online) from Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, Thursday, August 27, 2020.

“I hereby declare this forum is over and participants are expected to attend the closing concert of this event virtually by watching a video prepared by the Kazakhstan committee. Of course, this will complement our series of activities and a reflection of the reality that Kazakhstan hasn’t been able to host the event in person. May all of us always be in good health. See you at the next event,” he said ending the first virtual AACC congress.
