JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court (MK) organized an application use training and technical practice for secretaries and representatives of all bureaus and centers in the Registrar\\'s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court on Wednesday (26/2/2020).
"Hopefully this activity will be important in supporting various activities within the Constitutional Court," said the Head of the Human Resources and Organization Bureau (SDMO) Teguh Wahyudi at the opening of the activity.
In addition, Teguh hoped that the participants would focus and concentrate more in attending office application training. "Because we can [play an important role] in providing support to the leadership," Teguh said to the 22 employees present.
Teguh added that the office application training in the Constitutional Court was driven by the current needs of work-related technical support that includes Microsoft, Excel, Power Point applications and so on.
"Therefore, today we have a guest speaker from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, who will hopefully improve our knowledge," Teguh said.
The Head of the Human Resources Development Division of the Constitutional Court Andi Hakim explained that this activity was intended to provide materials related to daily technical skills needed for the Constitutional Court secretaries and staff in charge of technical tasks in their respective bureaus and centers. "This is a good start for the Court. In the future, we hope to develop other programs," Andi said.
In the event, guest speaker Fourida Masruroh from the Training and Development of Information and Communication Technology Center (BPPTIK) of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics delivered an introduction on the application at basic to advanced level. In addition, Fourida explained the importance of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the staff members.
"The Learning Management System is a software for activities in electronic learning or e-learning and training," said Fourida.
LMS is a system for managing training and education records, the software for distributing programs via the internet with features for online collaboration. In corporate training, LMS is usually used to automate employee registration and recording. The dimensions for the learning management system include self-service students, for example, instructor-led independent registration, workflow training, provision of online learning, management of continuing professional education (CPE), collaborative learning, and resource management training.
