JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—Some twelve Constitutional Court (MK) staff members underwent held an interview test for the selection of Substitute Registrars II within the Registrar\'s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court in the Meeting Room on Wednesday (12/2/2020). 

The selection committee included Constitutional Justice I Dewa Gede Palguna (2003-2008, 2015-2020), Secretary General of the Constitutional Court M. Guntur Hamzah, Chief Registrar Muhiddin, former Registrar Zainal Arifin Hoesein, Winarno Yudho, and Head of the HRO Department Teguh Wahyudi.

In assisting the implementation of the duties and authorities mandated by Law No. 24 of 2003 on the Constitutional Court, especially Article 24C paragraphs (1) and (2) of the 1945 Constitution, the Constitutional Court formed an organization consisting of the Registrar\'s Office and Secretariat General. The two parts of this organization are state apparatuses that are accountable to the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court. This includes the Substitute Registrar II, which is under the Registrar\'s Office.

In their duties, these registrars are tasked with assisting the justices in conducting case examinations, compiling case studies, compiling minutes of proceedings, preparing materials, drafting the decisions, compiling case dossiers, and compiling summaries of the decisions. (Sri Pujianti/LA)
