MALANG, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—258 civil servants and contract employees followed the Motivational and Workplace Culture Training and Work Meeting and 2019 PHPU Evaluation in Batu, Malang for four days since Thursday evening to Sunday (5-8/12/2019). The work meeting was expected to improve integrity, dedication, and professionalism in the Registrar\'s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court.
In his closing speech, Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah said that the talk show-style work meeting initiated a new work culture in the Registrar\'s Office and the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court. This work meeting this time gave speakers the opportunity to explain evaluations and work program plans openly in a large forum.
From the work meeting, it was shown that the work culture of the Constitutional Court that prioritizes integrity is instilled in each staff members. "Proportionality is an important aspect in the new culture in the work environment of the Constitutional Court. As the only branch-less judiciary in Indonesia that serves the whole community in terms of improving constitutional rights, we received attention from the public and they will see the actions of our employees," Guntur explained in front of all participants.
Guntur acknowledges that the Court has excellent competencies. He said that the Court must maintain its achievements and continue to improve. He urged every staff members to improve their communication.
More Dynamic and Open
In his report, Head of the Human Resources and Organization Bureau Teguh Wahyudi said that the work meeting was held in a new concept similar to a talk show to make it more dynamic and open. He hoped that this concept be improved in the future.
At the end of the work meeting, most disciplined and early participants were given prizes. The committee was also given appreciation for having worked hard to organize the meeting with innovations.
The main agenda of the work meeting was to discuss the 2020 Work Program and to evaluate the support of the Registrar\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court in handling the 2019 legislative and presidential PHPU cases. In the Plenary Session I through IV, each work unit will describe their Work Programs for the Fiscal Year of 2020 and evaluate the support of the task force for handling disputes over the results of the 2019 Elections, including the elaboration of ICT and application for handling judicial review cases and regional head election in 2020.
