At the meeting, Guntur said that all parties must work together for the smooth running of the international symposium. "For the sake of the smooth running of this event, of course we must cooperate with each other. I hope this year will get support and assistance for all parties involved," he said.

Guntur also invited the Governor of Bali to deliver a welcome speech at the opening of the international symposium. The international symposium will be opened by Indonesian President Joko Widodo. "We have sent an invitation officially to the Governor of Bali through the Provincial Government of Bali to convey his welcome to the heads of delegations and participants, and then this event will be opened by the President of Indonesia," he explained.

Guntur also discussed the safety and comfort of foreign delegations. He said the delegates will be provided with a special QR code containing all information about lodging, documentation, and the international symposium. "All foreign guests must first prepare all [of their] information, starting from documents for immigration, passports, baggage management. The delegates will be given a special QR code [containing] information on room check-in, documentation, as well as the entire international symposium agenda," he explained.

Guntur also said that technical preparation would be a focus of this event, starting from internet network, documentation, and live streaming. "Considering this activity is an international event, we must prioritize the use of ICT-based technology. [If] we prepare everything well, hopefully there are no more technical issues, such as slow internet, networks, and [flow of] information," he added.

The secretary general had previously held a coordination meeting with Bangbang Constitutional Village, Bali. Bangbang Village as a constitutional village is expected to lend support especially in terms of culture through traditional local dance, which will be presented during the opening ceremony.
