YOGYAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—In a forum group discussion in collaboration with the Constitutional Law and State Administrative Law Lecturers Association (APHTN-HAN) at the Law Faculty of Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Yogyakarta on Tuesday (10/09/2019), Constitutional Court Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah stated that the challenge to constitutional law and state administrative law in the legal world was harmony with technological developments.
As constitutional law and state administrative law professor of the Law Faculty of Hasanuddin University and secretary general of the judiciary, he believed that the law should adopt technological developments and be able to detect regulatory needs that come from the community. Guntur also explained the changes in the work system within the Constitutional Court, which increasingly prioritizes information technology-based and paperless coordination.
Guntur Hamzah was the third speaker in a forum group discussion on "The Responsiveness of Constitutional Law and State Administrative Law in the Acceleration of National Development," which featured former constitutional justice and APHTN-HAN Chairman Moh. Mahfud MD, Constitutional Justice Enny Nurbaningsih, who is an APHTN-HAN member of D. I.
