JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court (MK) granted the withdrawal of the Hanura Party’s petition No. 32-13-26/PHPU.DPR-DPRD/XVII/2019 for the 2019 Legislative PHPU of Central Sulawesi Province (Sulteng). The Constitutional Court pronounced the decree in the Constitutional Corut on Wednesday (7/8/2019).

“Grants the withdrawal of the Petitioner\'s petition,” said plenary chairperson Anwar Usman in the ruling hearing. The Court stated that the Petitioner could no longer submit the petition.
