JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The National Democratic Party (NasDem) through attorney Ridwan Saidi Tarigan added 3,000 pieces of evidence for Banten electoral district (dapil) 3 to the Constitutional Court. The additional evidence was C1 and DA forms. “Most of the evidence we submit is C1 forms. The rest is DA forms,” Ridwan said after submitting the evidence to the Constitutional Court on Wednesday afternoon (03/07/2019).

Ridwan revealed the substance of the Legislative Election Results Dispute (PHPU) petition submitted by the NasDem Prty to the Constitutional Court. According to him, there were discrepancies in the vote tally due to ballot stuffing, as shown in the discrepancies between the C1 and DA forms. The 12,000 additional votes were found in Cisauk, Sukadiri, and East Ciputat.

“For example, we obtained a C1 form showing that the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle had 130 votes in one polling station. But, in the form it was written [that there were] 180 votes. That\'s one example,” Ridwan explained.

Meanwhile, three candidates for the National Awakening Party (PKB) through attorney Nurcahyati also submitted additional evidence on Wednesday (03/07/2019).

"We are only submitting additional evidence in the form a digital copy and C1 forms. After that, we are just waiting for a summons for hearing from the Constitutional Court," said Nurcahyati.

Cahyati explained that the three PKB candidates were Heril Pawiloy (DPRD legislative candidate) from West Papua Province, Syarif Hidayatullah (DPRD legislative candidate) from Donggala District, and Nasrun Aswari from South Sumatra.
