JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Justices inspected the condition of the evidence before the third hearing of the 2019 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election Results Dispute (PHPU) case on Wednesday morning (19/6/2019). The activity was attended by Constitutional Justices Saldi Isra and Suhartoyo at 08.00 WIB in front of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.

Constitutional Justices Saldi Isra and Suhartoyo inspected the evidence in person. The evidence reviewed belongs to the Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate Pair Number 02 Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno as the Petitioner, the General Elections Commission (KPU) as the Respondent, as well as the Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate Pair Number 01 Joko Widodo-Ma\'ruf Amin as the Relevant Party. The pieces of evidence were placed in container boxes, which totaled around 90 boxes.

The third hearing of the Presidential PHPU was to hear statement from 15 witnesses and 2 experts of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner\'s attorney Bambang Widjojanto stated that the witnesses presented were qualified as they know, saw, and heard directly. Some of them were the general public. Some officials were schedule to attend, but they could not because they were being called by their internal parties.

Meanwhile, the Relevant Party’s attorney Yusril Ihza Mahendra stated that his camp was ready to hear the Petitioner’s witnesses and experts carefully. "Indeed, this is the agenda for the Petitioner.
