JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—Andi Maman, attorney of the Hanura’ legislative candidate in Enrekang electoral district, South Sulawesi, Mule, completed the document for the 2019 legislative election results dispute (PHPU) petition to the Constitutional Court on Thursday evening (30/5/2019). “We submitted document that was incomplete during registration and now it has been completed. Alhamdulillah, everything is complete. We demand a revote only for two polling stations (TPS). Additional evidence is also complete, including witnesses and evidence in the field. Especially, [because of] a small margin of 6 votes within the Hanura Party," said Andi Maman as attorney.

Attorney of Golkar\' central executive board (DPP) M. Satu Palli completed the document for the 2019 legislative election results dispute (PHPU) petition for East Java and East Kalimantan. “In relation to incomplete document that we submitted yesterday, such as the evidence, we also filed petitions within the party, which was not filed yet. There is some evidence in the form of C1 forms that are problematic. The DAA1, DA, and DB forms are the most problematic. This is actually the mode through which the organizers transfer data from the C1 forms to the DAA1 forms," he explained.

“Another issue is where additional votes were given to certain candidates or political parties, related to the results of Bawaslu\'s decision concerned with administrative decisions,” he added. “This is because of the wrong mode was already decided on [by Bawaslu], but it was not carried out by the General Elections Commission," said Palli.

Palli said that the Golkar’s central executive board (DPP) submitted 28 PHPU petitions on disputes within the party and 29 between the Golkar Party and other political parties. Mostly they challenged the shifting of votes from the C1 form to the DAA1 form. (Nano Tresna Arfana/LA/FS/YW)
