Starting today, Tuesday (28/5/2019), the Constitutional Court (MK) is receiving additional 2019 election results dispute (PHPU) documents to complete petitions. The United Indonesia Party (Perindo) submitted an additional document to complete its 2019 legislative PHPU petition.
Perindo Legal Aid Institute (LBH) attorney Yudhistira Ikhsan Pramana came to the Court to complete the petition. The additional document includes additional evidence and its list.
“This is based on the Incomplete Petition Certificate (APBL). This (evidence) had been prepared, but we couldn’t submit it due to distance,” Yudhistira said while adding that more document will be submitted to complete the petition.
Yudhistira said that he was there as an attorney of Perindo’s Legal Aid Institute (LBH) specifically for Melawi, West Kalimantan and Maluku Province. Other cases from other regions are handled by different attorneys from the institute.
