Aceh Regency Legislative Council (DPRK) candidate of electoral district (Dapil) 1 Said Mustajab filed a 2019 legislative election results dispute (PHPU) petition to the Constitutional Court on Thursday (23/5/2019). The SIRA Party candidate claimed that in Dapil Nagan Raya 1, Candidate Pair Number 3 Puji Hartini received the most votes while, in fact, based on the recapitulation of the C1 model of Dapil Nagan Raya 1 DPRK, he received more votes than other candidates.

After finding out about the reduction of his votes, said alleged that the Sub-district Election Committee (PPK) had transferred his votes to another candidate. Therefore, he wishes that the Constitutional Court will return his stolen votes.

Until 19.21 WIB on Thursday, the Court has received 25 DPR/DPRD legislative PHPU petitions and 2 DPD petitions. (Arif S/NRA/Yuniar Widiastuti)
