JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court held a simulation of the 2019 legislative and presidential elections results dispute case registration on Monday (13/5/2019) at the Hall of the Constitutional Court. Staff who are members of the 2019 PHPU task force attended the event.

Participants were facilitated by Head of the Legal and Registrar Administration Bureau Wiryanto and the IT Department, who explained the process starting from petitioner taking queue ticket and submitting their petition at the registration desk. During simulation, all task force members occupied their stations according to their duties. The simulation was expected to facilitate the staff’s work when registration starts in several weeks.

The General Elections Commission (KPU) will announce the results of the legislative and presidential elections on May 22. The Constitutional Court will start accepting 2019 legislative election dispute case petitions 3x24 hours after the KPU announces the results, while the 2019 presidential election  dispute case petitions will be accepted since May 25.
