JAKARTA, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court organized a validity testing of the Constitutional Court Procedural Law Book on Saturday (27/4/2019) in Yogyakarta to revise the Constitutional Court Procedural Law Book that is used as teaching materials in universities.
In his address, Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah hopes that the book can be finalized. He hoped the book can enrich students\' insight and knowledge regarding the Procedural Law of the Constitutional Court. If the revision has finished, the book will be released and distributed for free. He also hoped that this book could not only be used by students, but also constitutional law lecturers, society, and legal practitioners.
In addition, Guntur also said that besides publishing the Constitutional Court Procedural Law Book, the Constitutional Court would also make a book on the judicial review authority of constitutional court throughout the world. This is expected to enrich knowledge of Indonesian students on comparative judicial review authorities.
Several speakers from the Association of Lecturers on Procedural Law of the Constitutional Court (APHAMK), Constitutional Court researchers, registrars, study centers staff members, as well as staff of Case Review, and Library Management attended the event. APHAMK Secretary General Sunny Ummul Firdaus, Mataram University professor Galang Asmara, Diponegoro University law faculty lecturer Lita Tyesta, Jember University Director of Pancasila and Constitution Review Center Bayu Dwi Anggono, Sebelas Maret University law faculty lecturer Agus Riewanto, and Hasanudin University law faculty lecturer Fajlurrahman Jurdi delivered their presentations.
