MAKASSAR, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court represented by Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah received the 2019 ANRI Award for 1st place for National State Institution/Non-Ministry State Institution Archival Unit by National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), presented by Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Syafruddin at the Rinra Hotel, Makassar (25/04/2019). This award was awarded after a selection process from January 29 to April 16, 2019.

In his address, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court M. Guntur Hamzah talked about the Dynamic Archival Information System (SIKD) that is used in the Registrar\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. A lot of administrative correspondence, which previously required a lot of paper, is now being abandoned by the Court, which has started to turn to SIKD. Not only are the letters digitized, but digital signatures are also started to be used. Therefore, the Constitutional Court has made a major breakthrough in saving paper and accelerating its work system.

The first-place award is proof of the Court’s achievement in its strive toward speed and eco-friendliness. Also attending the event were the Head of the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT), Head of the National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN), Head of the State Administration Agency (LAN), President Director of the Workers Social Security Agency, and President Director of the Healthcare Social Security Agency as non-ministry nominees for the award.
