BOGOR, Public Relations of the Constitutional Court—The Constitutional Court Inspector Pawit Hariyanto closing the Technical Assistance on the Implementation Guidelines of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) in Bogor on Saturday (6/4/2019). In his closing address, Pawit said that the program had run well and attended by SPIP working unit.

The collaborative program between the Constitutional Court Inspectorate and the Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP) had succeeded in harmonizing direction and perception on SPIP implementation in all working units in the Registrar\\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. In addition, the program has facilitated the final drafting of SPIP that will be used as guidelines in implementing SPIP within the Registrar\\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. “We were also informed about the method to fill in documents and draft SPIP implementation reports in the working units as the implementation of SPIP in the Constitutional Court,” he said.

SPIP Implementation Guidelines in the Registrar\\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court were also signed at the closing ceremony. “Hopefully with the completion of the SPIP Implementation Guidelines in the Registrar\\'s Office and the Secretariat General of our Constitutional Court, we have a reference in implementing SPIP in each working unit. In addition, this is also an effort to provide adequate proof of effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the objectives of governance, reliability of financial reporting, safeguarding state assets, and adherence to laws and regulations within the Constitutional Court,” he said.

BPKP had previously delivered a presentation on SPIP starting from management, risk handling, and supervision. (Panji/LA)
