Guntur also said that the success of settling election result disputes at the Constitutional Court not only depends on the Court, but also on various stakeholders. In facing the elections, Guntur hopes that the participants, along with the Constitutional Court, will guard the democratic process of simultaneous elections, for the implementation of democratic elections in accordance with the principles in the Constitution and existing laws and regulations.

Head of PKPI Legal Department Angga Busra Lesmana said that it was an honor for PKPI to be invited in the technical assistance program as PKPI saw the need for the understanding of the 2019 PHPU procedure among stakeholders, so that if there is any dispute, all litigating parties will be able to participate well and constitutionally.

Participant Edi Wilyanto said that the technical assistance program proved a valuable learning source ahead of the upcoming elections. He hoped that the insight gained from the program will be socialized to other members in the regions. (Bayu/LA/Yuniar Widiastuti)
