Chief Justice Anwar Usman said that work is worship when opening the Motivational and Registrar Workplace Culture Training for staff of the Registrar’s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court, which took place in Sukabumi on Thursday to Sunday (6–9/12/2018). He said that working is basically giving your best. “When you work for worship, you will […] receive [spiritual and material rewards],” he said before the 204 participants. Working for worship is the highest achievement for a worker, he said, which provides oneself and others with happiness. He also said that one should work wholeheartedly.

Justice Anwar hoped that the training program will impact participants with positively and lift their spirits to work. “When working, of course we need motivation. This is so that we always have the energy to work optimally,” he said.

Similarly, Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah said that the training was organized to boost the staff’s motivation. In addition, it was to improve relationships among staff. “We have worked all year, so of course we need relaxing. Hopefully, this will be achieved through this training, combined with motivational training and fun outbond activities,” he explained.
